Since 10th Feb is also over, so can cumulative effect of this Dasa can be seen in only in one day of 13th Feb?
Yes. That is because the Moon anthara in Moon bhukthi is only for 15 calendar days.In fact, it may not even be for one day.Venus effect could dominate here.
Entire Moon sub period is from Jan 06 to Feb 22, 47 calendar days.I had wrongly mentioned as 15 days. My apologies for causing confusion. I have updated up-to Feb 16, 2017.

I see that jan 6 to feb 22 was given . but i see above as 15 days am i missing something
